The Most Bad Foods on earth!

There are lots of foods around that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. While we can recognize a few of these foods on sight--most of the food you will order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But what about those food items that look like they need to be totally fine to eat? What about a few of the meals you give your kids? In this article we are going to be checking out a few of the absolute worst type of foods that you could ever feed to yourself or other people in your family.

One of the worst things on earth, surprisingly is a dish of macaroni and cheese. The type you make at home all on your own using the boxes of Kraft or Annie's should be mostly okay but most of the time the macaroni and cheese you order from restaurants is not. The Kids Mac and Cheese supper that you purchase in California Pizza Kitchen, to apply one example, is incredibly bad! Just one arrangement of this food retains almost forty grams of saturated fat, over sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and more than one thousand calories. That seriously isn't even a tiny bit healthy.

How many times do you get those frozen pot pies out of your grocery store's freezer section? These look like mostly healthy last minute meals but they are in fact full of calories that you don't need. The pot pies by Stouffer's, for instance, typically contain more than eleven hundred calories, more than sixty grams of fat and almost eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you happen to be on a mission to lose weight, this single item could count for almost all of your daily calorie limit.

You possibly believe that a vegetarian sandwich should be among the healthiest things you can order from a fast food place, right? The serious truth of the matter is that, since you will probably putting dressings and other condiments in this sandwich as well, they are usually just as unhealthy as a sandwich packed with meat. The vegetarian sandwich from Blimpies, as an example, contains almost twelve hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium. How will that ever be regarded as healthy?

Surely a salad, of all things, has to be healthful. This is typical thought in any case. When we are wanting something healthful and quick, we usually look for a salad to help fill us up with food that is good for us. Would you be astonished to find out, then, that there are some salads on the market that are almost bad for you? The Santa Fe chopped salad coming from TGI Fridays, as an example, weighs in at eighteen hundred calories. This is most likely because of the fact that this specific salad is the size of a large dinner plate, but think about it seriously: if you're on a diet do you want almost all of your daily calorie allotment to come from a single salad?

The simple fact is that most of the meals that we buy while we are on the go or from restaurants is just not as good for us as the food that we cook and prepare for ourselves. Sure cooking food at your home can be a pain or feel monotonous, but if you're watching your weight and trying to stay healthy, it is the best thing you can do for yourself!
